Lunah Magnesium Spray

This magnesium spray from Lunah Life helps with muscle cramping and soreness, restless legs, and those dreaded foot cramps. Magnesium is an important mineral and can be absorbed topically very effectively (transdermal absorption) and begins to work immediately. It also helps to improve sleep, relieve stress, reduce hypertension, and can also be beneficial for migraine relief and reducing PMS symptoms like cramps.

HOW TO USE: Spray 2-4 times onto your skin and massage the area (this product may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and will absorb quickly). Apply where needed, where you are experiencing cramping or pain. The bottoms of feet, neck, and shoulders are also great areas for relaxing. Spray on stomach area to help relieve menstrual cramping.
