How to Use
Drop one steam tab into a medium sized bowl of about 4 oz of hot water. Drape a towel over your head and hover over the bowl. The essentials oils will rise through the steam to calm, cleanse and soothe your skin and soul. Steam for 5-10 minutes.
Other Uses
Save the water after for a few days for a beautiful personal toner. Or chill it in the fridge for a refreshing cool spritz in the summer or post workout.
