Vintage 80s Navy Velvet Cocktail Dress

Winter cocktail dress of your dreams! A deep violet blue/navy velvet with everything you need in a cute little dress - pretty puff sleeves, sexy open back and a bow! Back zipper and button-up back strap to keep the sleeves in place. Below the knee length with a 7” slit in the centre back. This dress fits narrow over the hips, please refer to measurements below. There is an area on the upper left sleeve where the velvet is more reflective than the rest of the dress, maybe it touched an iron that was too hot, I’m not exactly sure, but it is only noticeable at certain angles and light.
